We provide a private and safe space with unique attention tailored towards their needs in the way they want to move forwards without being pressured and being heard.
How many times a week do you recommend coming to see you?
Since we are a bespoke service, this will differ for everyone. As a guideline: once a week is to touch base, two is good maintenance, and three times a week is improvement.
Something that I find hard is staying consistent, being overwhelmed with so many changes at once.
Through communication, tailoring and empathy with a sprinkling of tough love, taking one step at a time. Allowing them to go at their own pace but pushing them with just the right amount of care and compassion.
I would like to gain more confidence in myself, have love for my body and have a new outlook/deeper understanding of my wellbeing and health.
We will guide you through the entire process step by step with gentle compassion and non-judgment.
I have heard that trainers can be a bit aggressive and force me to do things that I don’t want to do and make me feel uncomfortable and are potentially dangerous.
We offer a way to reach your goals suited to your specific needs in a safe and catered environment. Our unique approach empathises with the notion that as humans our moods change day-to-day and I understand that each day comes with different challenges.
